A 60-minute, no-pressure assessment with a Functional Lifestyles coach. We dig into your history, screen your movement, run an InBody scan, and build the right plan for you — not a generic program.
Most gyms throw you in a class and hope it sticks. We do the opposite. Before you train with us, a coach sits down with you for a full hour to understand your body, your history, and your goals — then builds the right path forward.
Big-box gyms give you equipment. CrossFit gyms give you a workout. We give you something neither can — two certified coaches in every class, capped at ten members, focused on the way your body actually moves.
The classes and coaches are wonderful. They cap classes at 10 which puts the coach-to-client ratio at 1:5. I constantly get feedback and see others receive feedback on their form. Hana is a great coach — always engaged, always giving us pointers. I've been at really large gyms where you get overlooked and forgotten in the chaos. I appreciate that doesn't happen here.
I'm a former ballet dancer and Pilates instructor — weightlifting was never my forte and I'd never been fond of the traditional gym scene. After my son turned one, I hadn't shed the last 10 pounds. I've finally lost them, I'm lifting heavier than I ever imagined I could, and I'm thrilled FL will support me in my strong-mama era for years to come.
I've been going to Functional Lifestyles for a year and it's been an amazing experience. I'm stronger, fitter, and my body works better because of their emphasis on functional strength — exercises that align and strengthen the whole chain of joints and muscles. As somebody who turned 50 last year, it's never too late to invest in your own fitness.
My husband and I joined together. I was apprehensive at first but FL has completely exceeded my expectations. Classes are capped at 10 with 2 coaches, so you get the energy of a group class with way more support. Huge shout out to Carina, Drew, and Hana — they really care about your progress. Only wish I joined sooner.
I'm newer to the area and looking for a fun group of like-minded people — the community is stellar. Each coach brings their own expertise and genuinely takes the time to meet everyone where they're at. You also meet with a coach monthly to track progress. I didn't think I needed that, but it's helped me hit milestones I didn't think were possible.
Class sizes are capped at 10 — you get the motivation and energy of a group setting plus great individual attention from the coaches. Glenn, Drew, Carina, Hana, Alvin — all super supportive and have made a big difference in my progress. The 6-week cycles keep things fresh and help me stay consistent. Highly recommend.
